If you would like to know why I am so confident in this statement, then please read the rest of this post. I first met as a parent at the school I worked at. There I knew him as a caring father and upstanding member of our community. When my mother needed to downsize and move, I reached out to him. This was a leap of faith, as I hoped the qualities I sensed in him as a member of the community would be reflected in his work. I was impressed and pleased with the work he did, as he helped my mother successfully sell her house and downsize to a townhome. Since this first transaction, Karim has assisted my family with selling my mother-in law’s house, purchasing two investment properties, selling my own home and purchasing a new home as well. Some of these moves were relatively straightforward, but the majority of them were very complicated. They involved navigating many of the difficulties that complicate life: family illnesses, loved ones passing and busy and demanding personal and work lives. Selling and buying homes is hard work often done under stressful conditions, but Karim helped us navigate this process with confidence, kindness and integrity. Of course, Karim was also extremely effective as well. He did more than just work hard. He demonstrated a thorough understanding of his business that put me at ease. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Karim. I have talked to many friends about what Karim has done for us and they are usually amazed at the level of service our family received. However, for Karim, this is just business as usual for him. When it comes to this big life decision, I cannot stress enough that you work with someone who you trust, who is honest and who is effective. However, often choosing this person is a leap of faith. Karim Dossa of RE/MAX took on our Commercial Office space FOR SALE listing with the instructions that as the owner, we wanted to sell and Lease back for a minimum of five years. We could not recommend Karim highly enough. He is a true professional in real estate. Not only did he sell our town home in 5 days but he got us 10% over asking.
